The Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan (RGSA) is a Centrally Sponsored Scheme aimed at strengthening Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) to make them more accountable, responsive, and effective at local self-governance
Provided General Orientation and Development Plan (GPDP/BPDP/DPDP) training to Elected Representatives of Gram Panchayats.
Districts: Surat, Bharuch, Botad, Ahmedabad, Kutchh, Rajkot, and more.

Model Anganwadis
An Anganwadi (meaning “courtyard shelter” in Hindi) is a government-sponsored rural child and maternal care center in India, serving as the frontline unit of the [Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) program.
Upgraded 100+ Anganwadis into vibrant community centers focusing on early childhood care (health, nutrition, education). Additionally, trained 4,500+ ASHA workers on the importance of nutrition.

Vocational & Entrepreneurship Training
Conducted extensive workshops in patchwork, embroidery, bamboo crafts, and weaving to instill enterprise skills and raise self-employment awareness among women.
